2. Are there any exclusions or conditions that we should know about?
It’s always a sensible idea to read the policy carefully to make sure it suits your requirements. The policy wording is available on the web site. As with all insurance policies there are conditions: for example there are excesses under most sections of the policy, and you are signing, electronically, to confirm that you abide by the conditions. The activities packs are designed to cover a range of activities. If all your sports do not fall within a specific pack you will need to call or e-mail us with your requirements so that your policy can be suitably set up for you by our customer services team.
11. I have more than 2 adults travelling in my party, but I am unable to enter all the details on the same quote. What can I do?
You cannot include more than 2 adults on the same policy. If your party includes more than 2 adults, they will need to purchase extra travel insurance policies.

It is the age at the time of booking the policy that is required and not the age at the time of holiday.

A refund of premium can be permitted if your policy is cancelled before the start date shown on the plan or within the 14-day approval period (whichever is sooner). Just telephone us or e-mail your request to our customer services department.
